Hi, I'm Laura

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping women explore a different approach to movement — one that isn’t about fixing, shrinking, or pushing your body into someone else’s idea of what it’s “supposed” to do.

Movement is so much more than that. It’s a way to stay curious about your body and keep discovering what you're capable of. Your body and brain are pretty amazing — especially when we let go of some of the “shoulds” and find a way to move that feels like our own.

A midlife adventure brought me to southwest France, where I now teach online classes and workshops, with small-group retreats coming soon.

End-of-Summer Reset

Summer has a habit of disappearing in the blink of an eye. Before autumn sweeps in with all its plans and to-do lists, join me for an online class that’s all about slowing things down. Expect mindful movement, breathing space, and a chance to leave feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.
