Move well at midlife and beyond
There’s so much noise around exercise at midlife - let’s cut through it and find a way to move that actually works for you. Because movement doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective.
Hi, I'm Laura — and for over 20 years, I’ve been helping women find ways to move that meet them where they are.
You want to get moving. But when you’re tired, life is busy and everyone has a different opinion about what women at midlife should be doing, where do you even start?
Strength, balance, bone health, brain health — all of it matters. But knowing that doesn’t mean forcing yourself through the workout you think you “should” be doing when you’re tired, flat, or just not up for it.
In my classes, you don’t have to choose between pushing through and doing nothing. We can add more challenge when there’s more in the tank. Keep things simple when you’re running low. And make room for rest without feeling like you should be doing something else.
I draw from yoga, functional movement, breath work and myofascial release, so we adapt to what you need as we go.
Because the point isn’t to get really good at exercise. It’s to keep you doing the things you love.

Movement that fits your life

Easy Like Sunday Morning
Easy Like Sunday Morning is a new series of small-group yoga + movement events, happening monthly-ish at my home studio in Lévignac-de-Guyenne.
We’ll move, breathe, play around with strength, mobility and balance, and always make time to rest — with plenty of options and a few laughs along the way.
Some Sundays will be a class followed by coffee and a chat, others might include brunch, a longer workshop or something a little different.
Come for the movement. Stay for a cuppa and hang out for a while. No rushing required.
