Hi, I'm Laura
For over 20 years, I’ve been helping women explore a different approach to movement — one that isn’t about how your body looks or what you’ve been told it’s “supposed” to do.
Movement is so much more than that. It’s a way to stay curious, keep growing, and discover what’s possible in this next chapter — supporting your body and brain along the way.
I now call southwest France home, where I share this approach through retreats, workshops, and online classes. Whether we meet online or here in France, you’ll find practices that work with your body and your life.

End-of-Summer Reset
Summer has a habit of disappearing in the blink of an eye. Before autumn sweeps in with all its plans and to-do lists, join me for an online class that’s all about slowing things down. Expect mindful movement, breathing space, and a chance to leave feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.
Think of it as pressing the reset button before the season changes.
