Move well at midlife and beyond

There’s so much noise around exercise at midlife. Let’s cut through it and find a way to move that actually works for you.

Start where you are
Take a look at what's coming up

Hi, I'm Laura — and for over 20 years, I’ve been helping women find ways to move that meet them where they are.

We all know we’re supposed to move. Knowing what to actually do? That’s another story, especially at midlife when how you feel can change from one day to the next.

Strength matters. So do balance, bone health and brain health. But so does how you slept last night, how your body feels today, and how much you have in the tank.

That’s why I draw from yoga, functional movement and breath work rather than following one set formula. Sometimes we add more challenge. Sometimes ten minutes is enough. And making time for rest? Essential.

Because the point isn’t to get really good at exercise. It’s to keep doing the things you love.
