A different way to move -  a gift for you coming soon!

Try a free movement video created for midlife bodies and brains.

Hi, I'm Laura - and for over 20 years, I’ve been helping women find ways to move that meet them where they are.

We all know we’re supposed to move. Knowing what to actually do? That’s another story, especially at midlife when how you feel can change from one day to the next.

I draw from yoga, functional movement, and breath work to help you build strength, support your brain health and move with more ease and agility. And making time for rest? Absolutely.

Your body and brain are pretty amazing — especially when we let go of some of the “shoulds” and find a way to move that feels like our own.
