I also offer private tuition in the Roll Model Method, a self-myofascial release practice utilising therapy balls.
Myofascial massage can be combined with yoga and movement, or practiced on its own, for help with recovery, muscle tension, better breathing, deep relaxation, and so much more.
Private yoga classes can be offered individually, or to a small group (2-3 people). Classes are available in-person or on Zoom.
Pricing:
In-person: €50 per class or €160 for a 4-class package. Includes a recording or PDF of your class for you to keep.
On Zoom: €40 per class or €130 for a 4-class package. Includes a recording of your class for you to keep.
