Hi, I’m Laura!
I am a yoga teacher and movement educator who is passionate about helping pre-to postmenopausal women navigate life with ease. Through yoga and mindful movement, I support women to build strength, maintain and improve mobility, sleep better, and manage stress. I offer classes, workshops and retreats helping women connect to their bodies with positivity and love.
I am originally from the US and I’m also a mom of four grown kids, a business owner, a book worm, and a jewellery maker. I’ve been teaching yoga and movement in rural Ireland (my adopted country!) since 2004 and opened a movement studio in 2007. But mostly I am a student - of the body, of movement, the brain, the nervous system, the ageing process - you name it, I’m a nerd about it!
Over the past couple of years, my own experience of perimenopause has opened my eyes to the profound lack of education and support available for women at this stage of their lives. My purpose is to help bridge that gap and offer movement and yoga-based practices that benefit women throughout all stages of menopause and beyond.

Menopause is challenging, it is a natural progression in our life cycle... but that does not have to translate into meaning our beauty is dying. With Laura's support, I am not only understanding what I am feeling and why, I am also laughing out loud in sisterhood about some of the crazy tricks my body seems to be playing on me!
