I completed a 300hr teacher training with Brea and Kat of Heart + Bones Yoga this March, literally a week before our first lockdown here in Ireland. I am so grateful for this training, and the beautiful bubble of learning and love we had - 30 amazing and like-minded women sharing their hearts and knowledge.
I say learning, but really this whole training was more of an unlearning, a stripping away of unnecessary dogma and rules about how to move, and a refining of what really matters. And the gift of freedom to develop our own wisdom and practice.
Every aspect of our lives/selves benefits from moving our bodies. And rest is the necessary icing on the cake.
It really is as simple as that. And I can’t wait to share more with you!
